		<description>Depends a bit on what he/she wants to fly. If you get here with your own N registered aircraft Factory built or Experimental, no special permissions is required. But Ultralight is quite different from US Part 103. I think Canada has their rules quite similar to ours.
Ultralights in FInland uses a National LIcense and the specs are 
MTOW 450 (land) and 495 (sea)
Stall speed max 65 km/h</description>
