Uh….I’n not a mechanic, but since it took 3 tries to get the engine going, and it sounds nasty…..I was a bit nervous for you. In any event it looks like fun, and hey, you didn’t die so that’s good. Thx for posting the vid.
Depending on the engine it can sometimes take a couple of attempts from cold, there’s a knack to it, especially with the two strokes. Not a problem, you warm the engine for 5-10 minutes before flight anyway and any issues are generally apparent from the instrumentation.
okay can you clarify something for me…
1) no age limits?
2) for a single seater you dont need a license?
3) you have to meet certain requirments to fly a single without lisence?
do not buy a kit.. is not worth it. the engine, wing and instrument you will not build yourself..so, you will not save much. fcatory built is the way to go.
More fun than scary. See the white canister under the engine? That’s the BRS – Ballistic Recovery System. A handle in the cockpit activates a rocket which pulls a parachute out of the canister. The chute is attached to the frame, so it supports the whole aircraft and passengers.
i wanna know at about 3:03 and just after is two bright flashes from the rear of the trike is that normal i couldnt see any lights there??? anyone know???
Oh Ok Well Im Getting Ready To Take My First Intro In A Trike, And I Needed To Know If I Could Set Front Or Back. Thanks. PS: I’m A CFII SEL and A CFI(Glider) and CFII(helicopter)

what model is it?
The MA-32 R503 looks great, but they don’t give the speed with the Proffi vs the MA-32 R582 with the Proffi.
